Bespoke Massage Treatment 60 minutes

This bespoke professional bodywork treatment can be booked as a 60 minute or 90 minute appointment and will concentrate on whatever problem you may be presenting with on the day. Whether that is a specific pain area or point of injury, or needing to allow the mind to switch off from whatever stresses or worries you may be holding onto so that I can support you through any emotional crises and work with the holding patterns within your body.

Depending on your presentation the treatment may include a combination of swedish massage, deep tissue & advanced techniques including movement of the joints and if required, working with the fascial layer within the head, face and neck will allow me to access the whole body's fascial system.

Pregnancy Massage 60 minutes

A gentle 1 hour treatment for women in their second or third trimester with a full consultation before treatment.

Hot Stones Therapy Massage 60 minutes

This is a wonderful treatment using heated natural stones for a therapeutic massage focusing on the build-up of stress & muscle tension.
If required the stones can also be used as a tool to aid discomfort from an injury or chronic muscle pain and stress by incorporating deep tissue work into the treatment.
The added heat, specific placement and directness of pressure from the natural stones can not only improve circulation, reduce stress and alleviate muscle tension, but can aid energy flow and emotional healing for your overall wellbeing.

Ayurvedic Natural Facelift & Scalp Massage 60 minutes

This massage draws upon the Indian Ayurvedic massage system of facial acupressure points combined with holistic massage & lymphatic drainage techniques. This is a deeply relaxing treatment that aims to leave the skin looking radiant, relaxed, smoothed & naturally lifted.

Combined with a wonderfully relaxing chest, neck and head massage, also using ayurvedic techniques to balance to restore calm to the nervous system, this head and face treatment is totally dreamy!

Specialist Cranial Fascial Release Treatment 60 minutes

This treatment uses gentle, safe and effective techniques applied to the fascia and cranial bones to relieve pain and discomfort from tinnitus, migraines and many other related pathologies of the head, neck, jaw and face.
